The location turned out to be marvellous, so close to Vatican, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and all major sights and evening meals and late night strolls through the histofic centre. Overall it was beautiful and absolutely stunning with a comfy bed. All the employees were wonderful and lovely...

Awesome location in the heart of Rome, wonderful staff, everything was spotless. Satisfactory breakfasts with a different delicious homemade cake and also classical cappuccino, the facilities were GREAT.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty at times!!! It would be great if the hotel could provide better signage to navigate around the hotel. Perhaps even a few more charging ports in the rooms would be appreciated!!!

The room was wicked cozy with an awesome view. The soundproofing was top notch. What I loved most was how comfy the bed was after a long day exploring. Staff was super helpful too, always quick to lend a hand or good tips. Totally. Room had that nice clean vibe, you know?

    warm hospitality
    poor food recommendations

Hospitality felt warm and cute, like family.

There were several frustrations. The food recommendations were lackluster, particularly for breakfast and dinner. When I sought assistance for bookings, the staff were unable to help effectively, which left me feeling stranded in my planning. Lastly, the noise from the street was noticeable at times, impacting our comfort.

    uncomfortable pillows

The pillows were awful, nothing more than lumps of fluff, and the wifi was spotty, made my work impossible. And while I expected to receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, I was met with indifference instead. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.
