Comfort and kindness in Rome

We felt right at home during our four-night stay! The cozy room featured comfy pillows and a clean, modern bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, guiding us to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The place is super modern and clean, with a comfy bed. The staff, especially Veronica, gave awesome recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They even let us borrow a phone adapter! Highly recommend! 😊

For a unique experience, try to chat with the staff about local hidden gems, they offer great insights beyond the standard tourist spots.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty at times!!! It would be great if the hotel could provide better signage to navigate around the property. Perhaps even a few more charging ports in the rooms would be appreciated!!!

The room was wicked cozy with an awesome view. The soundproofing was top notch. What I loved most was how comfy the bed was after a long day exploring. Staff was super helpful too, always quick to lend a hand or good tips. Totally made my trip special. Room had that nice clean vibe, you know?

Hospitality felt warm and welcoming, like family.

During my stay, there were several frustrations. The food recommendations were lackluster, particularly for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, when I sought assistance for bookings, the staff were unable to help effectively, which left me feeling stranded in my planning. Lastly, the noise from the street was noticeable at times, impacting our comfort.

my stay was less than enchanting, to say the least. the pillows were absolutely awful, nothing more than lumps of fluff, and the wifi was spotty, which made my work impossible. and while I expected to receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, I was met with indifference instead. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The staff was incredibly helpful, giving us excellent dining recommendations and making us feel at home. The mini breakfast area with coffee and snacks was a delightful bonus.

The Standard Double Room was cozy with a comfy bed and a nice little workstation setup. I liked the nice choice of pillows, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The windows were awesome for blocking out street noise and keeping the room dark for those late mornings. Only bummer was there was no kettle in the room, but they had one in the snack area—so that worked! Felt super clean and modern too.
